The command said in a statement on Tuesday that Primeboy had failed to honour the police invitation sent to him since the commencement of the investigation into the circumstances leading to MohBad’s death.

MohBad, who was a rising singer and rapper signed to Naira Marley’s Marlian Music label, died on September 12 at the age of 27. The cause of his death has not been officially confirmed, but there have been speculations that he was poisoned by some of his friends.

The police described Primeboy as a male, dark-complexioned, Yoruba by tribe, with tribal marks and approximately 1.64-m tall. His last known address is 3rd Power, Oke Eletu, Ikorodu.

The statement urged anyone with useful information on his whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or call 0803 688 5727. It also said that the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Idowu Owohunwa, had offered a handsome reward of N1 million to anyone who could lead to his arrest.

The statement was signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin.
